All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Issues with Item
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email. Customer has 5 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding any issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 5 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
